Qatar Government Excellence Award and the European Foundation for Quality Management EFQM

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued on Wednesday Amiri decision No. 63 of 2023 establishing Qatar Government Excellence Award. The decision stipulated that the Award shall be established with the aim of elevating the quality of government performance, and encouraging government agencies and employees to compete in applying the highest standards of quality, development and excellence in performance by honoring the outstanding accomplishments and efforts of all groups that contribute to the realization of the Qatar National Vision.

Strategic Planning

نقوم بتطبيق معايير الأيزو وتأهيل عملائنا للحصول على شهادة الأيزو في قطر، حيث يمر المشروع بعدة مراحل بدءا بتحليل الفجوات بين النظام الحالي ونظام الأيزو، وتدريب الموظفين وتعريفهم بمعايير الأيزو وأهميتها، ومن ثم تبدأ مرحلة التطبيق لهذه المعايير. بعد ذلك نقوم بعملية التدقيق الداخلي للحرص على الامتثال للمعايير والتأهل للحصول على شهادة الايزو. وتعتبر معايير الأيزو مصممة لتحسين جودة المنتجات والخدمات من خلال تحديد متطلبات وعمليات محددة، يمكن للمؤسسات تحسين إنتاجيتها وضمان تقديم منتجات أو خدمات ذات جودة عالية ومنها:

ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management System - Policies, processes and procedures necessary to plan, implement and deliver (products / services) with the aim of ensuring the ability of the facility to meet customer requirements, and the quality management system works to establish the principle of continuous improvement of the services and products provided

ISO 14001:2015 - Environmental Management System - An international standard focusing on the environmental impact management of enterprises. The objective of this standard is to guide organizations in improving their environmental performance and controlling environmental impact

ISO 45001:2018 - Occupational Health and Safety Management System - is an international standard focused on improving occupational safety and health in the workplace. This standard aims to provide a framework for improving the performance of an organization's health and safety management system

ISO 27001:2013 - Information Security Management System - An international standard that focuses on the protection of information within organizations. This standard aims to provide a framework for securing information and provide guidance for improving information security management systems

ISO 31000:2018 - Risk Management - An international standard related to risk management. This standard is a risk management framework and aims to provide comprehensive guidance that helps organizations understand and apply risk management concepts effectively. The standard includes key elements such as identifying and assessing risks, identifying the context that affects risk management, and applying strategies to deal with risks in an effective and sustainable manner. ISO 31000 encourages the integration of risk management into governance structures and organizational processes.
